We cooperate with the command of units, communicating directly with the commanders of military units and formations. That is why we are waiting for requests from the commanders of your company, battalion or brigade.
Our priority is to help our divisions. We do not accept individual requests from one fighter or from relatives/friends/acquaintances with a request to provide for their loved ones.
We also do not fulfill individual orders for your contributions (for example, if you have deposited money to the foundation's accounts and want us to fulfill your specific order from the list). In other words, we don't work as a store.
We will be happy to help your combat unit in accordance with the priority and our capabilities. We give priority to those formations that already perform combat missions in hot spots.

In addition, we do not deliver parcels with targeted cargo (for example, if you bought something for a specific person or division and want to transfer it through the foundation). Please take advantage of other opportunities to deliver such cargo.
